Request an RMA Number
Log into your account and complete the online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to receive a unique tracking number for your request.
Package Your Hardware
Securely pack the item in its original retail packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the RMA label clearly on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Resolution
Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware. Approved returns will be processed for a refund, repair, or replacement within 7-10 business days.
